NFL Bargain Bets for Week 12
November 25th 2009 - Old Man Winner             

Talk about a Turkey . . . . How does Detroit even compete in this game with their two best players likely on the bench. Matt Stafford, who finally showed us why he was the first player drafted this year by throwing 5 TD's last week, will not play this week with his separated shoulder. Calvin Johnson, Megatron, will also likely be out or at least slowed by injury. If these two guys played the spread would be reasonable. With these two guys out, this game should be a total blowout.

If Cleveland's offense can put up 37 on Detroit, GB should be able to put up a 60 spot!

Green Bay is starting to show signs of the team we all thought they could be heading into the season. Their offensive line is getting healthy, their running game is showing signs of life and their passing game is amongst the best in the league.

On defense, GB has playmakers, lots of playmakers. With Culpepper the likely starter, they should have a field day. I expect at least one defensive TD, and maybe another on special teams.

I see this one about 38-10.
