Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs (Over 38.5 points)

I had to look at the over/under a few times before really believing that it was set at 38.5 points. Then I checked our player news a couple times to check for injuries to any key players such as Orton or Cassel and found none. Then I thought that there had to be a bad weather storm hitting Kansas City on Sunday. Nope, a chance for some snow showers and temperatures in the upper 30's. What gives here?

The Over is 7-1 in the last 8 games at Arrowhead. The Broncos offense got back on track last Thursday night against the Giants. The Broncos offense put up 373 yards of offense against a defense that is much better than what they are facing this weekend in the Chiefs. The Chiefs defense has been giving up an average of over 400 yards and 25 points in their last 3 games. Meanwhile, the Chiefs offense has steadily been improving with the addition of Chris Chambers. Jamaal Charles has been a complete workhorse for the Chiefs if the departure of Larry Johnson and injuries to Kolby Smith. Charles average 6.6 yards per carry last week against the Chargers.
