Pilfo's Parlay for Week 11

San Fran is a hard-nosed old school football team with Mike Singletary driving this philosophy home every week. The Niners come off an emotional Thursday night win against the Bears. The Niners have had a little extra time to game plan and heal up than their opponents this week. The Niners will go into Lambeau this week and run the ball down the Packers throats. The Niners will also be able to get a pass rush on Rodgers forcing a couple turnovers. The Packers have a lot of heart and a lot of weapons on offense but they do not have the talent on both the offensive and defensive lines to dominate teams. I see this as a close game that comes down to turnovers.
Prediction: San Fran 20-17

The Eagles are a different team without their all star running back Brian Westbrook. The Eagles have had to pass the ball more and their opponents know that also hurting the Eagle passing game. McCoy is not the answer this year for the Eagles. While he has potential he needs more experience to be effective.
The Bears have been a team that can usually move the ball against any team but have had their problems on defense and with turnovers in the red zone. Cutler comes off an awefull 5 interception performance but as with most good qbs they bounce back the next week after looking at tape in this case for 10 days. The Bears are rested and have had a little extra time to plan for the Eagles. Both teams on the decline but I think the Bears get this one.
Prediction: Bears 27-20

True hard-nosed football fans have to love Bud Adams. Bud was fined 250,000.00 by the NFL for flipping the bird on both hands several times to Buffalo fans during last weeks Tennessee victory. We have all wanted to do that at one time or another on national television. Bud insisted that Jeff Fisher play Vince Young after the 59-0 New England snow bowl a month ago. Result: Vince Young 3-0 and the Titans cooking on all cylinders again. The Titans look like they did during last years 13-3 season playing good, solid defense and running the ball hard. The Texans are looking at their best season ever right now and they do come off a bye week so they will be motivated to play and play hard. Matt Schaub is having a great injury free season so far and Andre Johnson is tough as nails. This should be a great game but I'm not sure that the Titans aren't the better team here. Take the points here.
Prediction: Tenn. 37-31
