New York Jets at San Diego Chargers (Over 42 points)

The New York Jets team is completely built to succeed in the playoffs by pounding the football and playing solid defense. This style of football works well when the weather elements are in your favor. Well guess what, it's going to be in the upper 60's without any wind in San Diego on Sunday. The conditions are perfect for a vertical passing game and for long field goal makes that's one reason I like the over in this game.

I also look for the Chargers to come out firing on all cylinders in this matchup, jump out to an early lead, force the Jets to move away from their run game, leading to Sanchez turnovers and easy points to cover a 42 point total.

As good as the Jets defense has been in the last few games, the Chargers offense is in a class and league above the teams the Jets have faced recently. Let's not forget the fact that the Chargers average almost 28 points per game at home as well.
