Pilfo's Parlay Week 7

Seattle - 5.5 / Denver - 8 / New England + 3

Arizona comes off the bye week but they could have had a month instead of a week and it wouldn't matter. Arizona has no identity and their talent pretty much lies in one player named Fitz. The Seahawks have been tough at home all year and they have a ton of talent. With all the crazy moves Carroll has made he has actually improved his team. Lynch and Forsett are going to be a force of a backfield the rest of the year. Mike Williams could be the new Vincent Jackson. (the one not holding out anyway) The offensive line is respectable also. Look for Seattle to take the lead with their passing game and then solidify the victory with the running game.
Prediction: Seattle 34-10

The Raiders looked respectable for a while there but they are back to their old selves. They completed 14 passes two weeks ago and just 8 passes last week. The QB situation is getting worse also due to injuries. Denver's offense has looked impressive all year. They can pass on anyone. Orton has stepped up and he has a myriad of very good receivers to throw to. Denver faces a team this week that they clearly outclass. Don't let history fool you as the Raiders usually play their division rival closely. Not this week.
Prediction: Denver 45-17


The Chargers really need to win this week but just needing to win doesn't mean it will happen. Rivers will have a severly depleted receiving core and I don't think the running game will be able to compensate. The Patriots will be able to score in this one by spreading the ball around. This will put pressure on the Chargers to abandon the running game. I see the Pats in a shootout.
