NFL Best Bets for Week 2

Why do I feel like the New Jersey guy with the unbuttoned silk shirt and gold chains trying to talk his way past the door man protecting the club that has the scrolling marquis that reads "TRAP GAME"? I usually hate games that everyone else is on, but just can't help myself on this one.

Two words: DeMarcus Ware. Who? Ware. Where? Exactly! You never know where this guy is coming from. But one thing you do know is how fast he is coming. Did you see him coming off the ball on Sunday night. It seemed like he was with the Jets in the huddle and knew the snap count he was off the ball so fast. San Francisco has a second year tackle out there. Can you say mismatch? I knew you could. Yes, Dallas corners are beat up and Terence Newman is out, but I just see Alex Smith running for his life all afternoon. I also doubt the 9ers will be able to run the ball on Dallas if they couldn't run on the lowly Seahawk defense.

On the other side of the ball Dallas looked good last week against a top notch defense. Bryant was electric and Austin looked tough bringing down that jump ball in the end zone. The SF front seven should be able to stop the meek Dallas rush, but they simply don't have the horses in the secondary to stop the Cowboys (horses stop the Cowboys - did you pick that up) aerial attack.

The 49'ers don't get saved by two runbacks this week and go down to Dallas in a low scoring slugfest. Love the UNDER as much as I love the game as well.
