NFL O/U Plays for Week 9
November 5th, 2011 - Special K
In 2011, we slipped up last week so now our record is 11 - 7 (61%).
I knew the defenses were stout last week but they weren't suppose to touchdowns
on punt returns or interceptions!!
Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers (Over 42 points)
When you think of both of these teams, the first thing you think of is defense.
However, both offenses have made adjustments and have been racking up the yards
and putting up the points. Big Ben and Steelers have been looking like the
Packers on offense lately with their speedy wideouts. The Ravens "diesel"
package worked well last week against the Cardinals. Hopefully, we don't see the
Flacco that showed up against the Jags.
New York Jets at Buffalo Bills (Over 44 points)
The Jets defense is overrated away from the Meadowlands and the Bills have only
yielded 9 sacks the entire season. The Jets are giving up an average of 32
points on the road and their blitzes won't affect the Bills offense. I expect a
shootout in this game.
New York Giants at New England Patriots (Under 25.5 points first half)
No Bradshaw and no Nicks, look for Eli to struggle early on.
