NFL O/U Plays for Week 2
September 7th, 2012 - Special K
2010 Record:
24-11 (67.6%)
2011 Record: 32-17 (65%)
Minnesota Vikings at Indianapolis Colts (Over 44.5 points)
Let's face it, the Vikings secondary is abysmal. Andrew Luck will pick
the Vikings apart. He already has good chemistry with Reggie Wayne. The Colts
will be without Dwight Freeney on defense so the Vikings should be able to move
the ball with ease. There will be plenty of scoring in this game, I like the over.
Baltimore Ravens at Philadelphia Eagles (Under 23.5 points first half)
How many times have you watched a team score 40+ one week and then wonder where
the offense went the next week? This will be the Ravens in week 2. The Eagles
are much improved on the defensive side of the football this year and will be
amped up for their home opener. Vick was running for his life last weekend
against the lowly Browns. The Eagles are also banged up at the wide receiver
position. I predict a low scoring first half in this matchup.
Dallas Cowboys at Seattle Seahawks (Under 21 points first half)
This game will be a defensive battle from the start. The Cowboys will most
likely struggle in the red zone and settle for field goals early on. Russell
Wilson was shaky at best against the Cardinals. If Russell Okung is out again,
look for Demarcus Ware and Cowboys pass rush to have a big day.
