NFL O/U Plays for Week 5
October 5th, 2012 - Special K
2010 Record:
24-11 (67.6%)
2011 Record: 32-17 (65%)
Cleveland Browns at New York Giants (Under 22 points first half)
I expect this to be a low scoring game. The Browns offense has struggled to
score points all year, only averaging 18 points per game. The Browns WR's won't
be able to exploit the Giants weakness which is their banged up secondary. The Browns defense is
better than most people give them credit.
Atlanta Falcons at Washington Redskins (Over 50.5 points)
It is hard to believe that the Redskins offense is only ranked 3rd. RG3 should
have the same success Cam Newton had last week against the Falcons defense
especially at home. The Falcons have scored 27+ points in all four games so far
this year. The only thing that prevents this game from going over is red zone
turnovers.
San Diego Chargers at New Orleans Saints (Under 54 points)
This is just a ridiculously high point total. The Chargers offense will control
and dominate time of possession limiting the Saints offensive possessions. The
Chargers defense is also ranked in the top 10 in several categories. This is my
favorite O/U play of the week.
