Back in 2013, Megatron missed 2 games:

For all intensive purposes, Calvin Johnson missed Buffalo game and the Lions
lost 17-14.
Stafford failed to reach 300 yards passing in all three games in which Megatron
sat out.
The Lions will be rolling with Golden Tate, Jeremy Ross, and Corey Fuller at
wide receiver.
It is also looking like Reggie Bush might miss the Vikings game, making Joique
Bell the primary RB.
The Lions defense is greatly improved this year but given how poorly the Lions
have played on the road (4-6 SU in their last 10 road games), I like my chances
with rookie QB Teddy Bridgewater and the Vikings at home in this one.
Oh yeah, if you like trends, the Vikings are 15-1 SU at home against the Lions
in their last 16 games.
