Big Ben is back and Antonio Brown is happy about that. Dalton and the
Bengals offense can put up points.

Indianapolis Colts @ Carolina Panthers (Under 23 points 1st half)
The Colts are the worst 1st half team in football. Carolina defense has been
stout.
