NFL Underdog Pick Week 13

New York Giants (+2) vs New York Jets
The battle for bragging rights in New York will take place at the Meadowlands
this Sunday. Yes, the Bills don't count and aren't relevant even though Rex Ryan says
they are. Through the years we have seen Eli Manning play like a QB that looks
like he doesn't even belong in the NFL. Take for example, last week's game
against the Redskins, he barely completed over 50% of his passes and tossed
three interceptions. In Eli's defense, the wide receiver core for the Giants
other than Odell Beckham Jr is abysmal but we have seen much better from Eli
this year. When it comes to big games, time after time, we've seen Eli step up.
This is one of those games.
Both teams come into this game with several key injuries. Other than Cromartie, the Jets have no
secondary left. Meanwhile, the Giants are banged up on the offensive line and
their defense as well. This week's pick truly comes down to who I trust more at
the QB position. I will take Eli over Fitz.
Also, it keeps getting a little ridiculous to keep hearing year after year that Tom
Coughlin is on the hot seat. A win over the Jets should stop this nonsense.
