What is a teaser bet?
A teaser is a type of bet that allows you to adjust point spreads on a
minimum of two games.
You can either add or subtract points to the teams chosen to improve your
point spread. For our article, we will either adjust the point spread or
over/under line by 6 points.
A $100 bet on a two game teaser will normally net your about $100, even
money.
1. Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars (Hou +7.5)
Current spread: Jac -1.5 points (Add 6 points and take the Texans)
I don't understand how the Jags are favored in this game, maybe because the
Texans have yet to win on the road but 7.5 is a nice number.
2. Seattle Seahawks at New England Patriots (NE -1.5)
Current spread: NE -7.5 (Add 6 points and take the Patriots)
Brady and hoodie off of a bye with the Seahawks flying across country after
a Monday game in which their defense was on the field almost the whole game
again. What is not to like here?
3. Cincinnati Bengals at New York Giants (Cin +8.5)
Current spread: Pick'em (Add 6 points and take the Broncos)
With no running game whatsoever, the Giants are one dimensional on offense.
I like the Bengals straight up in this game so I like the 8.5 points here. |
