What is a teaser bet?
A teaser is a type of bet that allows you to adjust point spreads on a
minimum of two games.
You can either add or subtract points to the teams chosen to improve your
point spread. For our article, we will either adjust the point spread or
over/under line by 6 points.
A $100 bet on a two game teaser will normally net your about $100, even
money.
1. Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Bucs (Car +10.5)
Current spread: TB -4.5 points (Add 6 points and take the Panthers)
Ron Rivera and the Panthers are the type of team that will play anyone anytime.
The Panthers have won their last 4 week 17 games. The Bucs won't be able to
cover a 10 point spread.
2. Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams (AZ PK)
Current spread: AZ -6 (Add 6 points and take the Cardinals)
I do worry about taking the Cardinals as I am 4-11 ATS in picking their
games.
However, the Rams are pathetic. The only way they beat the Cardinals is if
Palmer decides to throw a couple pick sixes which is entirely possible.
3. Oakland Raiders at Denver Broncos (Oak +7.5)
Current spread: Den -1.5 (Add 6 points and take the Raiders)
Raiders have a lot to play for and want to prove they can win without Carr.
The Broncos offense is not good enough to cover a 7.5 point spread.
