I really wanted to make the Jets my underdog pick of the week but with Decker
out and their erratic QB play I just can't pull the trigger.
Instead, I am rolling with da Raiders. Don't be fooled by the Ravens 3-0 record,
the Ravens have played against three of the worst teams in the NFL. Well you
say, the Raiders haven't played anyone good either.
True, but let's just analyze and look at the numbers so far through three games
against inferior opponents.
The Ravens are ranked 28th in yards per play vs 2nd for Raiders
The Ravens are ranked 26th in rushing yards vs 2nd for Raiders
The Ravens are ranked 25th in total yards vs 2nd for Raiders
The Raiders of today are nothing like the Raiders of the last 13 years.
They remind me more of the Gruden and Rich Gannon Raiders of old.
