NFL Best Bets for Week 15
December 16th 2017 - Old Man Winner

Tampa Bay is a hot mess right now. They have lost three games in a row, are out of the playoff race, and clearly are not clicking on either side of the ball. The magical connection that Winston and Evans once had appears to have faded. The Bucs have no running game and their defense is a sieve. You know when you read articles trying to convince you that 'the coach has not lost the team', that although he may not have lost it he certainly has not found it. Like yours car keys - you know they are around here somewhere, but have no idea where.

Atlanta on the other hand, is a quality team. They are not getting the credit they deserve. They have played much better in the second half of the season after opening the year on the proverbial Super Bowl hangover. They have won four of their last five and their three most recent losses have come at the hands of quality teams (Vikings, Panthers, Patriots). They may not be the unstoppable force on offense as they were last year, but they are super consistent on both sides of the ball.

I see Tampa maybe hanging with them for a half or so before the Falcons ploddingly start to pull away late. Look for a strong game from Davonte Freeman and maybe a defensive score.
