What is a teaser bet?
A teaser is a type of bet that allows you to adjust point spreads on a
minimum of two games.
You can either add or subtract points to the teams chosen to improve your
point spread. For our article, we will either adjust the point spread or
over/under line by 6 points.
A $100 bet on a two game teaser will normally net your about $100, even
money.
1. Houston Texans at New Orleans Saints (Hou +13)
Current spread: Hou +7 (Add 6 points and take the Texans)
Texans are a solid team on both sides of the football, take all the points.
2. Pittsburgh Steelers at New England Patriots (Pit +12)
Current spread: NE -6 (Add 6 points and take the Steelers)
I expect this one to be a defensive battle with the Patriots being a ground
and pound team of late.
3. Philadelphia Eagles vs Washington Redskins (Phi -3.5)
Current spread: Phi -9.5 (Add 6 points and take the Eagles)
The Eagles closed out the 2018 beating the Redskins 24-0 and should open
2019 with a similar score.
