Has John Elway finally drafted his starting QB? It sure looks that way after Drew Lock's first two starts in the NFL.  Both wins have come against quality opponents as well (Chargers and Texans). Lock even posted the highest QBR rating of 98.7 in week 14 on the road in Houston. I know Houston was in a letdown situation after finally beating the Patriots. The Chiefs also find themselves in the same situation this weekend after beating the Patriots in week 14.

We all know Arrowhead can be a tough challenge for any rookie QB, but Lock has shown a lot of poise under center and can lean on the Broncos defense for support. The Broncos are a top 10 scoring defense only allowing 20.1 points per game which is why I like the 9.5 points in this matchup.

Drew Lock returns to Missouri where he grew up and played college football. I feel pretty good about the Broncos keeping this a close football game. Also, the Broncos are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games.
