The game of the week by far in week 12 is the Patriots at the Saints. The
Patriots bounced back nicely against the Jets last week while the Saints breesed
through the Bucs. The Patriots are playing for the 2nd seed in the AFC while the
Saints are playing for the top seed in the NFC. The opening O/U line was set at
56 points which is almost unheard of.
Team Updates:
Mattew Stafford is likely out against the Packers this Thursday. Calvin Johnson
may also be sitting out this week. The Packers have also lost 2 defensive
starters for the season, Aaron Kampman and Al Harris. Rams QB Marc Bulger is out
3-6 weeks with a fractured leg. The Redskins are getting thin at RB with Ladell
Betts done for the season. Both Ben Roethlisberger and Kurt Warner took blows to
the head and were knocked out of their games in week 11 but it appears they both
may be starting in week 12.
