In Week 7, the favorites dominated with 10 teams winning by
double digits. Sports books across Vegas must have gotten annihilated as the
general public usually bets the favorites and the favorites went 10-2-1. So far
in 2009, Old Man Winner has posted a remarkable 58% winning percentage. Can he
keep his hot streak rolling?
There are a lot rematches scheduled for week 8. Brett Favre travels to his old
stomping grounds as the Vikings take on the Packers. The Jets get another shot
at trying to contain the Wildcat. The Jaguars for some strange reason are
underdogs to the winless Tennessee Titans even though they blew them out a few
weeks ago. Finally, the Raiders travel to San Diego to try and avenge a Week 1
Monday Night loss to the Chargers.
Team Updates:
The Dolphins lost cornerback Will Allen for the season with a ACL in his knee.
Leon Washington also sustained a season ending injury for the Jets. Alex Smith will get the start over Shaun Hill for he 49ers against the Colts.

for his part in the Raiders 38-0 beatdown to the Jets. "I don't think it's
